The Education Policy & Practice Group offers future-focused, agile consulting that leads to improved academic and social-emotional outcomes for students. We help institutions and agencies develop efficient, fair funding models, innovative policy, and improved organizations. We specialize in neurodivergent and generational differences of students. We also work with leaders to catalyze employee engagement and workplace culture.

It’s common for organizations and institutions to take a top-down approach to policy reform. But significant research clearly demonstrates that for policy to drive change, change needs to happen from the inside out. Both need to work together in tandem to reach a common solution in the middle. Practice should inform policy and policy should back up the practice.

The Education Policy and Practice Group is aligned with the Institute of Coaching, based at McLean, Harvard Medical School Teaching Hospital. Using best coaching science practices, we bring scientific integrity to our coaching services, resulting in professional and personal transformation for clients and their communities.

There is a uniqueness to women in leadership. Education has traditionally been a women-dominated profession, yet the CEO or Superintendent positions are traditionally filled by men.
